The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Orange County residents regarding the residency of 53-year-old William Saullo, who has moved from Westchester to a residence on Arcadian Trail in Monroe.
The Division of Criminal Justice Services has assigned Saullo as a level two threat, which means he is at "moderate risk of a repeat offense."
According to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Saullo disseminated indecent materials to a minor in March 2010 and he was convicted of first-degree attempted dissemination of indecent material to a minor in May that year. Saullo was sentenced to a term of five years probation, with time served in jail, he is now under the jurisdiction of the Monroe Village Police Department.
